Everything featured on our site is in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. We endeavour to pack and distribute your order as soon as it is received. Shipping times are dictated by couriers, currently working towards five working days New Zealand wide.
Shipping costs are stipulated at checkout and are included in the final order cost. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been packed and distributed.
If you’re concerned about where your parcel has got to, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can try to sort it out as soon as possible.
Buying yarn online is tricky at times, and we understand when it’s not quite what you were imagining. Miss Knitty accepts returns if you change your mind, provided the items are returned in the same condition as you received them, unused and with the labels still intact. You will be provided with store credit. We would love it if you got in touch with us to tell us more about what it is that you’re after so we can help you find it, or perhaps we can source it in the future. Email email@example.com with your thoughts.
Return postage is at the customer’s cost for change of mind returns.
Returns and refunds will be accepted for any items that aren’t up to standard.
All returns need to be processed within 30 days of the order date.
